Emerge212 Boutique Space offers fully furnished, fully wired Boutique Office Space at two Midtown locations with attractive short-term leasing terms, as well as Boutique Virtual Space, a virtual office option with a Manhattan mailing address and the coveted 212 phone number. The company also finds innovative uses for vacant commercial real estate in New York City with its new Boutique Concept Space, a portfolio of nontraditional spaces to use for experiential marketing campaigns, events, pop-up stores and film locations.
