Digital Marketing Manager

Dana Communications is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager (DMM) with a deep understanding of data and reporting to further develop and reinforce our client relationships. Dana is known for building strong and long-lasting relationships; it’s one of our core strengths as a business. It’s not unusual for clients to stay with us for ten years or more. We are looking for a leader to take these relationships to the next level.

You’ll work with experienced digital marketing veterans, as you learn how we gather data and turn it into information and knowledge for our clients.

The ideal candidate knows the travel business and understands how digital marketing is used to grow both leisure and group business for hotels, resorts and destination. The DMM is familiar with different data streams with the ability to identify trends and present them in a clear and compelling client-friendly format.

Intimate knowledge of Google Analytics 4 is a must.

Each month the DMM is tasked with presenting data to our clients to clients. We’ve found that reporting serves multiple functions. First it creates a framework for our team to regularly understand and interpret data, and optimize our advertising spend. It’s a regular opportunity to listen to our clients and understand their business challenges. And most importantly, if we are delivering real value with our reporting, it strengthens the client agency relationship.

New Business

Our top and highest paid people contribute to the new business effort. We target for high end travel brands, seeking them out, and responding to their requests for proposal. If you bring us new business, you will be compensated for your contribution.

This job is in our New Jersey office, 5 days a week.

Compensation commensurate with experience. Excellent benefits package.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with partners to configure tracking and analytics
  • Understanding client data streams
  • Developing reports and insights for internal and client audiences
  • Analyze advertising campaign performance
  • Monthly Reporting via zoom or in person

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience preferred
  • Good writing and communication skills
  • Data analysis
  • Understanding of Google Analytics 4, e-commerce and cross-domain tracking
  • Google Tag Manager
  • Skilled at Excel, Powerpoint, Word. Photoshop is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Google Looker Studio. Tableau is a plus.
