Paid Social Media Manager
Dana Communications is a dynamic and innovative travel marketing agency. We are seeking a talented and results-driven Paid Social Media Manager to join our growing marketing team. This role presents an exciting opportunity for an individual with a passion for digital marketing and a proven track record of success in paid social media advertising.
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid social media campaigns across various platforms. You will collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop and implement effective strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of social media advertising, analytics, and industry trends. This position would also require an understanding of organic social media to be able to work with our social team in crafting content for our clients.
This position is full time in our Hopewell NJ office.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
• Proven experience in planning and executing successful paid social media campaigns.
• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, advertising formats, and best practices.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Deep understanding of social media channels and experience creating organic content across all platforms.
• Familiarity with popular social media management tools (i.e., Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Sprinklr, Canva, Crowdriff, etc.)
• Exposure to working and coordinating with social media influencers is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy and Planning
• Develop and implement comprehensive paid social media advertising strategies aligned with overall marketing objectives.
• Conduct thorough market research to identify target audiences, competitors, and industry trends.
Campaign Execution
• Create and manage paid social media campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and others.
• Develop compelling ad creatives and copy that resonate with the target audience.
• Monitor and optimize campaigns for performance, ensuring they meet KPIs and ROI goals.
Audience Targeting and Segmentation
• Utilize audience targeting tools to reach specific demographics and segments.
• Continuously analyze and refine audience targeting based on campaign performance and data insights.
Budget Management
• Manage advertising budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation and performance.
• Provide regular budget updates and recommendations for adjustments.
Analytics and Reporting
• Utilize analytics tools to track, measure, and report on key performance metrics.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve campaign performance.
Collaboration
• Work closely with the creative team to ensure alignment between ad creatives and brand messaging.
• Collaborate with other marketing team members to integrate paid social campaigns with broader marketing initiatives.
